You will be responsible for selling IT services to large and mid-sized companies. You will be responsible of generating new leads. As well as building and maintaining relationships with customers, representing the company's products and services and supporting to close sales.

You will be responsible for selling IT services to large and mid-sized companies. You will be responsible of generating new leads. As well as building and maintaining relationships with customers, representing the company's products and services and supporting to close sales.

You will manage every aspect of the sales cycle prospecting, quoting, negotiating and most important closing the deals.

The perfect candidate is focused and charismatic with a track record in sales.

  • Generating and following up on leads

  • Developing new and existing business

  • Building strong relationships with customers, vendors, partners and colleagues

  • Providing efficient, friendly and proactive customer service

  • Tracking sales activity in the pipeline management tools

Asked

You have:

  • At least 3-5 years of B2B sales experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong common sense for commercial activities.

  • Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue and profit targets

  • Strong negotiator, persuade and motivate others

  • Must be self-driven, results-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task and assess own performance

  • Team player

  • Top communicator with solid presentation skills

  • Bonus driven individual (Hunters mentality)

  • Fluent in English and speak German at an idiomatic level

  • Prior sales experience in the IT industry is a plus but not required
