Our client is an independent European multi-asset class broker primarily operating as an intermediary for financial institutions, corporate clients and (semi) government bodies. Their products range from fixed income, interest rates and energy / environmental to exotics, equity and equity derivatives. You will be guiding the transactions as an independent expert and carry out the (strategic) valuation issues for a wide range of parties. You will guide our clients at all stages of a merger, sales or purchase process. You will indentify acquisiton candidates in the international markets for our clients, you support them in business valuations, strategic reorientation and divestments in business units. This position has a high degree of independence, responsibility and entrepreneurship.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Economics or Finance (WO)
• Minumum 3 years of experience in Private Equity, Strategic Consulting or/and M&A Corporate Finance
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Entrepreneual mindset, proactive and hardworking
• Strong teamplayer and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in Dutch and English
