Job description

We are looking for a Sr. Sales Manager with at least 5 years experience selling digital media strategies and data-driven optimization for large multinational advertisers.

The best candidates are new business achievers (Hunters, not Farmers) have an excellent knowledge of the digital sector and the respective media agencies in the Spanish market. The winner is a team player with clear client orientation and strong ability towards adapting to the extremely fast moving digital advertising and marketing environment.

The best candidates have a natural born tendency for innovation, continuously keeping updated on the new intricacies of our complex industry while being able to explain these in a simple manner.

As a Sr. Sales Manager you will be co-assigned several client accounts which you will help manage and grow by accelerating the use of our proprietary Sonata technology and platform with its unique capabilities in audience profiling, contextual campaign activation and its sophisticated physical and digital attribution capabilities. You will tasked with the development of data-driven sales strategies for large and leading brand advertisers. These will need to be explained visually on comprehensive yet simple presentations that translate technicalities to a common marketing language. On a day to day basis you will work closely with Client Success Managers, Platform Support Engineering and Digital Strategy teams which will provide you with behind-the-scene insights from the technology and platform developers. This will in turn provide you with distinctive knowledge that will prove very valuable while selling and managing the implementation of real life data-driven advertising strategies.

Experience & Requirements:

  • +5 years in digital ad sales selling data-driven strategies to large brands
  • Results oriented professional with a focus on driving sales and new business dev
  • Profound knowledge of the digital world and the new adtech / martech ecosystem
  • A fast learner open to sharing knowledge with other team members
  • Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and proficiency in English
  • Results-driven with very strong analytical skills

The offer includes a competitive compensation package + bonus + sales commission + social benefits.

Salary Range: Depending on experience and expertise.
