My client is looking to hire a commercially driven sales professional to drive the company's Server revenue through prospecting, selling and negotiating.

You will be responsible of communicating daily with existing Customers while also supporting on acquire new Customers. You are a strong communicator for the company's unique value proposition to the market. We are seeking candidates who enjoy a commercially fast-paced environment and are driven by the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify the appropriate Server & Storage contacts within organizations

  • Develop new accounts as well as build upon existing relationships.

  • Excellent communication of company's product strategy, value proposition and competitive positioning to Customers and Prospects

  • Develop an opportunity pipeline 3-4 times greater than quota.

  • Provide quotes to external clients and sales executives and communicate/discuss changes and adjustments according to requirements

  • Determine server item requirements and set pricing based on the company's pricing models and guidelines

  • Thoughtfully address Customer objections and successfully close business.

  • Manage a sales cycle from first call to Customer order delivery

Asked

You must have: 

  • 3 to 5 years experince in a Sales role with a proven track record of success in a sales driven organization, ideally selling IT Software/Technology related products/services in a ‘Solution based’ sale (not a must but a plus)
  • Ability to cross sell Hardware, Support and Professional Services
  • Basic Knowledge of current market trends i.e. Cloud, Software defined Infrastructure, Virtualization is useful but not necessary
  • Ability to cross sell Hardware, Support and Professional Services
  • Ability to gather business intelligence and server/storage technical requirements )
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and/or marketing databases
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • You speak German at an idiomatic level
